TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Damaged goods insurance is upon the customer himself or herself.
- Goods less than 1Kg will be charged as 1Kg, and payment should be done right away in china before goods flying.
- TAN AIR CARGO won’t be responsible for any delays caused by airlines (if it happens).
- Customers must collect their goods within 07 days of arrival, after that TAN AIR CARGO will start to charge storage 1$ per day or reserve the rights to deal with the goods in order to recover the freight and other expenses incurred.
- Please check your goods before leaving our offices, failure to do that our office won't be responsible for any loss.
- Large size in volume (length/cm)*(width/cm)*(height/cm)/600 more than exact weight will be charged on volumetric weight according to airlines.
- DOCUMENTATION.you are reminded to submit a goods packing list together with goods during submission to our warehouse in Guangzhou China and Mumbai,Chinchbunder India.
- PACKAGING.ensure proper packaging adherence to airline and international standards to prevent potential damage during transit.Tanair Cargo will not be responsible for damages due to improper packaging.
- WEIGHT AND SIZE.both weight and size can be used to calculate transportation costs depending on the size and weight comparison.
- LABELING.clearly label each package with accurate details,including addresses and contact information.
- HAZARDOUS MATERIAL.identify and declare any hazardous materials,adhering to international regulations, and provide required documentation.
- SECURITY SCREENING.adhere to TanAir Cargo's regulatory security screening procedures for a smooth cargo transit process.
- INSURANCE.a customer is fully responsible for processing an insurance plan for his/her goods.TanAir will not be responsible for any damages/losses caused by the airline.
- DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS.adhere to TanAir Cargos flight schedules before submitting goods to our warehouse.
- TRACK AND TRACE.once you ship your goods with TanAir Cargo,you will receive tracking information and you will be able to track your shipments.
